Life History of Prophet Muhammad PBUH : Introduction

Dear Brothers & Sisters, 

"السلام عليكم ورحمتہ اللہ وبرکاتہ"Assalamu Alaikum 

(May the blessings of Almighty and peace be upon you) 

It is with great humility and humbleness I take the pleasure to introduce you all to the noble, magnificent, elegant, diligent, most influential person who walked this earth and spread the word of peace and love by his deeds and actions. Of him, there is no replacement, and cannot be in the years to come by. Mere words cannot describe his personality of which there is no replacement and to praise him there are no adjectives suitable enough to suit himself, the just, the truthful, the magnanimous, the leader, administrator, commander, social reformer, the reformer for all mankind, the seal of the Prophets, the Imaam (leader) of all Prophets, and the count will go on and never end to describe the personality of Prophet Mohammed ﷺ (Most Commendable, The Praised One) (PBUH). As, I do not possess the ability to encapsulate the words to commemorate our beloved Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH, Allah (swt) has guided us by bestowing with  more than 99 names of praise upon Prophet Mohammed ﷺ PBUH, the same will be made available to all our readers during this beautiful journey.

There is a need in this era to understand the life of the beloved Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH by every one of us and his life recordings, there are innumerable accounts of his works accounted by great men of Islam  and also by others who wanted to understand the philosophy of life and the way Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH enacted a universal rule of human behaviour and immensely cultivated social cohesiveness. Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH is the guiding force to all humanity until now and to the years to come in reforming their personal, social & community life and also to understand the word of Almighty God which was sent upon the Prophet Mohammed PBUH ﷺ by means of revelation.

It is from my end a mere try to describe to the audience of choice who wish to understand  the life of Prophet Mohammed ﷺ PBUH right from his birth, childhood, early age,  adulthood, profession, marriage, divine revelation of Quran, declaration of Prophethood, life in Makkah, life in Madina, wars, laws of social life, social reformation, teachings to mankind and finally his departure from this world.

My efforts are only to translate the work being done by Hazrat Moulvi Qari Hafiz Mohamed Saadudeen, an alumni of Madrasa-e-Miftahul Uloom, Melvisharam, Tamil Nadu, India, under the supervision of Hazrat-e-Aqdas Moulana Mufti Qari Hafiz Mohammaed Ayub Ansari Damad Barkatahum, Professor Madrasa-e-Miftahul Uloom, Melvisharam, Tamil Nadu, India. Upon his guidance I take this opportunity to translate the life recordings of Prophet Mohammed ﷺPBUH. May Allah (swt) guide us in the path of righteousness and make us to follow every act and deed (sunnah) of our beloved Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH. 

There would be two parts of the seerat un Nabi ﷺ (History of Prophet Mohammed PBUH), the first would be in Urdu for our Urdu readers which is being presented by Hazrat Moulvi Qari Hafiz Mohamed Saadudeen and then there will be the English translation of the same. As many of us keep reading the seerat, the essence, philosophy and teaching are always missed out, hence it will be my endeavour to bring out in every section, the teachings of Prophet Mohammed ﷺ PBUH on every aspects of his life recordings which will surely help every one of us to understand and follow guidelines of Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH  in our every act & way of life.

I would like to conclude the introductory part here and shall begin with understanding of the culture of Arab,  tribes of Arab, the traits of Arab, psychology of  Arab Community, the discovery of Zam Zam well, the Banu Hashim Tribe of Arab, the recordings and incidents before the birth of Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH. These recordings and understandings will help us gain insight in understanding the history of our beloved Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH in a broader manner.  These sections will be presented on day to day basis to help our readers understand in a phased manner and also to inculcate in ourselves the teachings of Prophet Mohammedﷺ PBUH.

Hope this work will be accepted by Allah (swt) and may Allah (swt) reward us all with his blessings and grant Jannat ul Firdaus. Ameen.
